Sukarman Sukamto loves spending time with his family. He has an enjoyable – if stressful – life as a busy business owner, but he always makes sure that he sets aside time to spend with his lovely wife and family. Although Sukamto Sia is busy for much of the year, he makes sure to take time off during special times of the year. He does this so that he can take his family on fun vacations. The following are some tips he always keeps in mind when planning fun family trips.
Research Before You Travel. Sukarman Sukamto has always made sure to research before making any important travel decisions. Get an understanding of what you and your family want to do together. This will help to inform you of which destinations would be the best at providing everything you and your family wants.
Involve Everyone in the Decisions. Sukamto Sia advises you to remember that this is not just a vacation for yourself, but for your entire family. It is important that you listen to any and all input that your family members have to offer. This will help to ensure that everyone has a great time on vacation. You don’t want to have a cranky member of your family ruining it for everyone else!
Make Sure To Relax. While it is certainly important to use your vacation for all kinds of fun activities, Sukarman Sukamto also believes it is important to schedule in some time for relaxation as well. With that in mind, it is important to create a loose outline of things you want to accomplish, and the places you wish to go. Just be comfortable with the idea of spontaneity as well, and also make sure to give everyone time to rest!
Sukamto Sia wishes you and your family a happy vacation!

Very early on, Sukamto Sia learned about the importance of understanding the various cultures of the world. As a businessman who is the founder of his company in Singapore, Sukarman Sukamto learned that understanding other cultures is not only good for your mind, but for your business as well.
It all began when Sukamto Sia was in college. He began learning about the global market and how businesses from all around the world worked together for mutual success. Even though Sukarman Sukamto studied a great deal and earned impressive grades, he did not truly realize the importance of the global market until he began his graduate school internships. It was while working for a company in Singapore that Sukamto Sia saw how many different companies, from all around the world, could work together for the collective good.
Sukarman Sukamto began to study the various cultures of the world at this point. He would use whatever resources he had available in order to understand the new cultures that he would be working with. Sukamto Sia felt this was important because business deals are difficult enough to complete within one’s own culture. There are many things that can cause a potential business deal to go sour. The money isn’t right, the companies may not trust each other, or the companies may simply not understand how best to work with one another.

Sukarman Sukamto is a very successful businessman in Singapore who owns his own company. He did not achieve all of his success overnight. Hard work and dedication over a period of many years gave Sukamto Sia the skill required to found his own business. Beyond education and experience, however, Sukarman Sukamto learned that to be truly successful in business means to be ethical in all of one’s dealings. With that, Sukamto Sia believes in following these guidelines:
Ethics Begin with the Boss. Sukarman Sukamto is a firm believer that in order to have an ethical business, its owners must be ethical in everything they do. Bosses act as an example for their employees, who will then ensure that they behave ethically as well.
Work with Ethical Companies. Often, there is quite of bit of interplay between your company and other companies. If you wish to keep your hands clean while running your company, it is important to do business with other companies who are just as ethical. Sukamto Sia believes it is vital that you research the companies you work with before any deals are struck.
Ensure Your Employees Understand Ethics. Just because someone is qualified to work with your company, it does not necessarily mean they understand ethical behavior. Sukarman Sukamto advises that you make sure to communicate with your staff, in the clearest way possible, how you expect them to behave as your employees.
Walk the Ethical Walk. Sukamto Sia believes it is important to inform your employees how you expect them to act, but it is possibly even more important to show them with your actions what it is to be ethical. Show them what it means to be ethical, and display what you want to see from your employees.

At such a young age, Sukarman Sukamto was not as interested in making money as he was in learning about business. His father would tell him how he should approach things, what he was doing right, and what he still needed to work on. These grades eventually got him into the university of his choice, where he began working on getting his business degree.

In the area of Singapore, Sukarman Sukamto is known as a successful force for business. He is the owner of his own company, which he built from the ground up. His company has seen much success throughout the years, which he has achieved by following some simple tips. Here, Sukamto Sia shares those tips with you:
Put a Plan Together. Before going out and leasing an office or location for your business, Sukamto Sia suggests that you put together a plan for success. Begin by planning what your company is going to do, and how it is going to do it.
Study Your Competitors. A good way to come up with a plan of your own is to study what your competition is doing and, if possible, what they have done in the past. Sukarman Sukamto advises that you study what your competitors have done in order to succeed, of course, but also to learn what mistakes they have made. This will give you great insight into what to do, and also into what pitfalls to avoid.
Structure Your Company. Make sure to structure your company in the best way possible by hiring the best people for the required positions. It’s okay – in fact, it’s expected – to start small. It is vitally important that you ensure that you choose the right people for the job. Sukamto Sia believes that to do otherwise would prove disastrous.
Create Creative Marketing Campaign. Once you have found a location and structured your company, Sukarman Sukamto suggests putting together a creative and interesting marketing campaign. People will not know about your new company initially, so it is important to create a campaign that will get people talking about your product or services.
Sukamto Sia has used these tips successfully in the past, and wishes you the best of luck with your company.
